Job Description

Hand picking Organic Blueberries

Picking Organic Blueberries from appox Mid Dec 2019- Mid Feb 2020.
This job requires you to hand pick blueberries during the Australian summer this can sometimes be very hot so you must be able to work in the heat.We usually work Mon- Friday 7.30am - 12.30 that's five hours per day as the afternoons is too hot for the fruit to be picked. You would be working directly we the owner in the blueberrie plot.Experience would be preferred but not required if you can learn fast and listen to instructions.You must hold a working visa for this position.
We don't have accommodation here on the farm there is our local town Leongatha for hotel/ pub or motel or caravan park for units so its best if there is 3-4 people to share the cost. The drive from town to the farm is 10 minutes so you must have transport.Wages is paid fortnightly to your bank account and you will be working under an agreement hourly pick Kilo amount this will only be discussed with you if we contact you. Experience & Knowledge

Fruit picking or farm work would be good but not essential as long as you can work outdoors in the Australian summer and be reliable to work 25 hrs min per week.
